    About Aivarize

I sold for twenty years. Now I build the systems that do the chasing.

Aivarize is Fadi El Chami. I build and run AI systems for businesses where the owner does everything. This page is the short version of why.

    The short version

Two decades of B2B sales, three regions, one lesson.

I started in B2B sales and stayed for twenty years. Unilever and Valio were among the stops, and the work took me across the Gulf, the Levant, and the Nordics. Espoo is home now.

Selling across three regions strips the job to its essentials. A deal in Helsinki and a deal in Dubai close differently, but they die the same way: in the follow-up. Not from lack of interest. From lack of hours.

That is what pulled me into AI. Not the technology, the arithmetic. The work that kills deals (the chasing, the posting, the data entry) is exactly the work AI is now good enough to run. So I put systems on my own business first. Aivarize sells the same loop it runs.

    Why owner-led

The owner's hours are the whole business.

Enterprises have departments for this. You have you. When one person runs sales, delivery, content, and follow-up, every hour of busywork comes straight out of the hours that pay.

Twenty years of sales means twenty years of sitting across the table from businesses like that: excellent at the work, stretched thin around it. That is who Aivarize is built for. Not AI transformation, not a platform. One focused system at a time that gives an owner hours back. I build it, I run it, it becomes yours.

"I'm my own first client. The assessment, the follow-up, the content behind this site: the loop you see here is the loop I build. If a system isn't good enough to run my business, it doesn't ship to yours."

The AI Opportunity Audit is one session and a written map of where AI gives you your hours back. €450, one time, yours to keep.
